  1. Is every piece handmade?

Yes. Every Gem N Glow piece is carefully handmade in Bulgaria in small batches or individually made after your order is placed. Slight variations are part of the unique character of handmade jewelry.

  1. How long does it take to prepare my order?

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for creation before dispatch. If additional time is required for a particular design, we will contact you.

  1. What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is created with premium Japanese Miyuki beads, natural gemstones, hematite, crystals and carefully selected gold-plated, silver-plated or stainless-steel components. The exact materials are listed on each product page.

  1. How do I choose the correct bracelet size?

Measure your wrist closely with a soft measuring tape and select the corresponding size in centimetres. If you are between sizes or need a custom fit, please contact us before ordering.

  1. Do you offer custom orders?

Custom sizing and selected design adjustments may be available. Contact us with your request before placing the order, and we will confirm what is possible.

  1. Do you ship within Europe?

Yes. We deliver throughout Bulgaria and the European Union. Free EU shipping is available on orders over €70. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service.

  1. Is the jewelry ready for gifting?

Yes. Every order arrives in elegant Gem N Glow gift-ready packaging, including a jewelry box or pouch, a thank-you card and a small complimentary gift.

  1. Will my jewelry look exactly like the photographs?

We make every effort to recreate each design faithfully. Because the pieces are handmade and natural gemstones can vary slightly in color, shape and pattern, every item may have its own subtle character.

  1. How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with water, perfume, creams, hairspray and cleaning products. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Store each piece separately in a dry place and avoid pressing or bending delicate beadwork.

  1. Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
