Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Custom or personalized orders may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
