We currently ship within Bulgaria and across Europe.

Bulgaria: 1–3 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier services and busy periods.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive the shipping information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs and delays

For international orders, delays may occasionally occur due to customs or courier processing. Gem N Glow is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Incorrect shipping details
